Hurricane Irma Update

Due to the impending hurricane we have implemented disaster recovery measures.

Our study websites are running at a secondary facility in Nashville, TN.  The servers will continue to run in Nashville until we can safely bring them back to our primary facility.

Network Outage

Jaeb is currently experiencing a network outage that is impacting all of our websites.  Updates will be posted as we get information from our provider.   If you need to call your study coordinator, please dial 813-975-8690.

Update 1 - 7/5 3:45 PM EST: Network outage has been fixed, all websites are functional.

Network Maintenance

Maintenance will begin tonight at 8PM EST and study websites will be going offline.  This post will be updated as the maintenance progresses.

Update 1 - 1/22 8:15 PM EST: All websites are down.

Update 2 - 1/22 10:00 PM EST: webmail and email going down for a short period.

Update 3 - 1/22 10:30 PM EST: webmail and email are back up.

Update 4 - 1/23 2:30 PM EST: websites are back online but may take up to 24 hours to propagate.

Update 5 - 1/23/3:00 PM EST: Maintenance is completed.  If you experience any problems please contact the coordinating center of the IT after hours support line.

Internet Outage

Jaeb is currently experiencing a network outage that is impacting all of our websites.  If you need to randomize a patient please call your coordinator at 813-975-8690.  Updates will be posted as we get information from our provider.  Current estimate is 1-4 hours.

Update 4:20PM - Estimated repair window is now 8pm to Midnight.

Update 11:27PM - All websites are up and operational as of 11PM.
